About Us Please note that postal charges are estimated on the site. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. If the postman attempts delivery, you will need to contact the local sorting office to rearrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you again for postage.
Our office is open from 11am - 4pm every weekday except Wednesday & Friday afternoons. If you get the ansaphone during these times this is because we are either with a client or accepting a shipment.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment is due with order. We accept all major credit & debit cards. If you are sending a personal cheques please write your bank card details on the reverse, business cheques, please write address & telephone number on reverse. Cheques have to be cleared before despatch of your order.
Backordered items are charged for & shipped post free when they come into stock.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges include both postage & packaging costs. A courier service is available.
**Please note that all deliveries need to be signed for & if returned to us, you will be required to pay return postage**
Delivery is available to UK mainland, Northern & Southern Ireland plus Europe.
Free Postage & Packing is applied to all UK (only) orders over £130.00
Shipping costs for orders over 2.0kg to be sent to addresses overseas (within Europe only) will be confirmed by email. The shipping cost shown at the checkout is for orders under 2.0kg. |
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you the same or next working day after you place your order & you should receive it within 2 - 4 business days unless your order is going out by Royal Mail Special Delivery where you will receive it before 1pm the next business working day (excluding Saturday)
International orders are generally received in 3-5 days.
All items are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.
A courier is used for all flammable items & items over 2 kg |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. The purchaser will pay for the item at the time of order, we will then send out your order minus the backordered stock. Once the backordered item(s) are in stock we will send them out to you postage free. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
Guarantee All electrical products sold are guaranteed to be of superior quality & fit for the purpose we recommend for their use. All electrical products have a 6 month warranty which covers the motors. The company accepts no responsibility for missue or wear & tear. This guarantee extends only to the original purchaser.

Privacy Policy Nails Plus Beauty do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Goods are not sold on a "sale or return" basis. Goods must be inspected on delivery & all claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours. Claims outside the stated time limits will not be entertained. We reserve the right to apply postal & administrative costs incurred for goods returned for reasons other than they are defective.
A 20% restocking fee on returns will be deducted (on unopened, unused items in their original packaging & in resaleable condition only - approval required first - we do not accept gels back for hygiene reasons). Postage & package charges will not be returned. If a return is authorised by ourselves, you will need to pay for all shipping charges back to us, please obtain a receipt from the carrier as the company cannot accept any responsibility for lost returned parcels - this is for your own protection.
